Unlock Adventure Park, California, will feature a chairlift, which will access several downhill biking trails, hiking experiences and four zip lines to bring guests down the mountain.
On the lower lands, A ropes course, a full-size travelling surf park with world-class waves for international competitions and a five-tower cable wakeboard park.
There will be a restaurant at the summit and a smaller café at the mountain base, which will serve fresh and healthy farm-to-table food.
Accommodation will be offered in cabins overlooking the cable and surf parks, and a small hotel will also be on site.
