Kate McDowall brings over 10 years of administrative experience to the table with a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments.  Kate started in the administrative field as a legal assistant and progressed to the level of a paralegal to assist in more of a hands-on role with litigation files.  She maintains a high level of professionalism due to her background working with legal clients, maintaining the upmost level of confidentiality and has tailored her skills to meet the needs of our various clients. Kate has worked within law firms as a team leader, assisting and training assistants while creating task schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting to suit the needs of particular cases to ensure the files are highly organized and approached efficiently.

Kate has demonstrated her hardworking nature over the years, as she committed to her paralegal studies while working full time as a legal assistant, completing paralegal certificates at Vancouver Community College in the areas of Corporate, Litigation, Wills & Estates and Family Law, all of which were completed by 2013.

Kate moved to Whistler from Vancouver in 2015, excited to enjoy the active lifestyle awaiting her alongside furthering her career.  Kate is passionate about mountain biking, snowboarding, fitness, hiking and travel and she is thrilled to be working in the adventure/ recreation industry.
